Pricing varies depending on your group size, chosen experience and location. We offer both fully hosted sessions and curated kit options, allowing you to choose what works best for your event while keeping the experience seamless and enjoyable.
Final pricing is confirmed based on event details, location and custom requirements.
Hosted Experiences
From R300 per person Includes: - all materials - setup & pack-down - guided facilitation - 2–3 hour experience
Curated Paint Kits
From R250 per person Includes: - full kit (canvas / tote / etc.) - paints, brushes, tools - printed step-by-step guide - optional virtual or self-guided experience A flexible alternative for larger groups or remote events; still guided, beautifully packaged, and designed for an effortless experience anywhere.
Customisations & Add-ons
- Custom outlined canvases - Alternative surfaces (tote bags, jewellery boxes) - Branded or themed experiences - Venue or catering coordination - Decor setup
Remote & Small Group Experiences
For smaller groups (less than 25) or events outside of our operational cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria) we offer a more flexible approach through our curated paint kits. Designed to be easy to manage and enjoyable for everyone, these kits include everything needed for the experience; with optional guidance to support your group.
