REFUND POLICY
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original packaging

All contents of the kit are intact and included

The item is returned in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Customised Orders
Products that are personalised or custom-made (such as customised kits, branded packaging, or personalised event items) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Public Events
Tickets for public events are non-refundable, but you may:

Transfer your ticket to another person

Request a credit for a future event if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event
Private Events
Private event bookings require a deposit to secure the date.

Deposits are non-refundable

If you need to reschedule, we will try to accommodate a new date depending on availability

Changes must be requested at least 5 days before the event
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.
For large or bulk orders, placing your order earlier allows us to use standard delivery, which may be included or cheaper. Urgent deliveries may incur additional courier fees.
