General Information

This website is operated by Colours + Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Colours + Co. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Bookings & Ticketing

  • All event bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once full payment has been made.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but we allow rescheduling if we are notified at least 24 hours before the event via email or WhatsApp.

  • No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the ticket, but can request for their tickets to be transferred to an available timeslot and date.

  • Ticket inclusions (e.g. canvas size, drinks, materials) are clearly stated on each event page and may vary per event.

Shipping & Delivery

  • DIY kits and physical products are shipped within South Africa.

  • Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 working days.

  • If you require express delivery, please contact us — additional charges may apply.

  • Colours + Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the product has been dispatched.

Products & Custom Kits

  • Colours + Co. reserves the right to substitute kit components (such as brushes, colours, or packaging) with items of equal value based on availability.

  • For custom orders (e.g. paint-by-numbers), users are responsible for uploading clear images with minimal background, as per our product description.

Event Conduct & Liability

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the venue, facilitators, and fellow attendees.

  • Colours + Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after events.

  • Aprons are not provided, and although paints are water-based and washable, we advise wearing clothing you don’t mind getting paint on.

Intellectual Property

​All content on this website — including logos, text, images, product designs, and event concepts — is the property of Colours + Co. and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
