• A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received.

• Full payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or quotation.

• Dates are not secured until payment is made.

Colours + Co reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion, with appropriate notice and refund where applicable.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the event, and are subject to availability.

• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

We will always aim to accommodate changes where possible.

• Clients are responsible for:

• Providing a suitable venue or confirming venue arrangements

• Ensuring adequate space and seating for guests

• Communicating final guest numbers in advance

• Colours + Co is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by venue-related issues or third parties.

• We may capture photography or video content during events for marketing purposes, including showcasing event setups and experiences.

• Where individuals are clearly identifiable, consent will be obtained where reasonably required.

• If you would prefer not to be included, please notify us in advance and we will respect your request.

• All products are subject to availability.

• Orders are processed within the stated timeframe on our Shipping Policy page.

• Colours + Co reserves the right to make minor adjustments to products where necessary.

• Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect.

• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Colours + Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

• Colours + Co will not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays or disruptions outside of our control

• Misuse of products after delivery

• Participation in events is at your own discretion, and we encourage all guests to take reasonable care during activities.
