Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
 

Colours + Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 

All cases are handled individually, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
